1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between the player and MoonSol Studios for:

• Brainrot Chaos: Kavvoro, package com.moonsolstudios.kavvoro; and
• Kavvoro Rift Lab, package com.moonsolstudios.riftlab.

By downloading, accessing or using a Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If the player is not old enough to agree under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the player’s behalf.

2. Limited license

MoonSol Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store or platform from which a Game was obtained.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, manipulate advertising or payment systems, create fraudulent traffic, or use the Games in a way that infringes rights or violates law, except where a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

3. Game access and local progress

The current Games do not require a MoonSol Studios account. Progress and settings are primarily stored on the device. You are responsible for maintaining access to and reasonable backups of your device where available.

Local progress may be lost if a Game is uninstalled, storage is cleared, a device fails, a save becomes incompatible, or an Android backup is unavailable. MoonSol Studios does not guarantee recovery of local progress.

4. Virtual content and purchases

The Games may include virtual currency, cosmetic items, boosts or other virtual content. Virtual content has no cash value, is not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money and is licensed rather than sold.

If a Game offers a purchase, payment and refunds are handled by Google Play under its applicable terms and refund rules. Prices and availability may vary by country, currency, taxes and platform settings. A parent or guardian should control purchases made by a minor.

MoonSol Studios may rebalance, replace or discontinue virtual content when reasonably necessary for gameplay, security, legal or technical reasons, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The Games may offer optional rewarded advertisements. A reward is provided only when the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability, content and loading are controlled partly by Google and may vary by age category, consent, country, device and network conditions.

The Games may interact with Google Mobile Ads, UMP, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Android backup or a player-selected sharing app. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. MoonSol Studios is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

6. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, automation, modified clients or exploits to manipulate rewards, scores, purchases or advertising;
• interfere with the Games, their SDKs, security, availability or other users;
• generate invalid ad impressions, clicks or rewarded completions;
• upload or share unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material through a connected service; or
• use the Games for commercial exploitation without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Games, Brainballs, artwork, animation, audio, text, software, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to MoonSol Studios and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to the player.

Third-party names, software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Updates, availability and termination

MoonSol Studios may update the Games to add, remove, rebalance, secure or repair features. Some platform or online features may require a supported Game version, compatible device, internet connection or continued availability of a third-party service.

We may suspend access to affected features when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements or service discontinuation. You may stop using a Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimers

The Games are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonSol Studios does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party services, error-free software or preservation of every local save.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonSol Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a Game, loss of local progress, device or network failure, or a third-party service. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without depriving consumers in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable consumer and procedural law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Games, services or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update means the new Terms apply to future use, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.
