Neither Game creates a MoonSol Studios account.
You can remove local Game data yourself. This page also explains what can be requested from MoonSol Studios and how to manage information controlled by Google.
1. Delete data stored on the device
For either Game, open Android Settings > Apps > [Game name] > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the Game. This removes the local save, preferences and saved age category from that installation.
If Android backup is enabled, eligible local data may later be restored. Device backups can be managed through Android and Google Account backup controls.
Clearing Rift Lab’s storage or uninstalling it also removes the local Firebase Analytics app-instance identifier. A later installation receives a new identifier.
2. Request deletion from MoonSol Studios
- Email moonsolstudios@gmail.com with the subject MoonSol Studios data deletion request.
- Name the Game: Brainrot Chaos: Kavvoro or Kavvoro Rift Lab.
- Include its package name:
com.moonsolstudios.kavvoroorcom.moonsolstudios.riftlab. - Describe the support correspondence or other MoonSol-controlled information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or government identification.
We will acknowledge a valid request and explain any action or reasonable verification required. MoonSol Studios deletes identified support correspondence and related records when no longer needed, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
3. Anonymous Rift Lab Analytics
Rift Lab does not send a name, email address, exact age or MoonSol account identifier to Firebase Analytics. MoonSol Studios normally cannot connect an email deletion request to one particular anonymous app instance. Clearing the Game’s storage is the direct way to delete and reset its local Analytics identifier.
Google may retain already processed or aggregate Analytics information according to the Google Analytics property’s retention controls and Google’s legal obligations. Learn more in Google Analytics privacy controls.
4. Google-controlled data
Google controls information processed through AdMob, UMP, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing and Android backup. MoonSol Studios cannot directly delete Google account, payment, security or fraud-prevention records.
- Manage advertising choices from the Game’s privacy menu and Android advertising controls.
- Manage Google activity through Google Account data and privacy controls.
- For Kavvoro, manage Play Games data from the Play Games profile and data controls.
- For Kavvoro purchases, use Google Play order history and Google payment controls.
